My Six Favourite Brow Products

Hey!!!

Throughout the years eyebrows have certianly made a fashion/beauty statement. In the 1950's Audrey Hepburn was embracing her fuller brows. And the beauitful Marilyn Monroe showing of her arch in the brow.

Then in the 1960's eyebrows became thin and had no shape.


And if we skip to 2000's brows were not filled in and were just natural.

 



For years I have over plucked mine where i was left with no hair at the bottom and missing some hair at the front. Plus as I am a redhead my brows were fair and you could never see them. 

Now I can't go anywhere without my brows being filled. I get them wax and tinted at least 3/4weeks I never touch them.
 
This picture is of me on my Debs in 2008 NO BROWS!! They weren't a thing back then and they were so badly plucked. It took me a year to get the brow hair to grow back.

Here's my top 6 favourite Brow Products that I love and use.


Up first is the Sleek eyebrow stylist. I got this in the sleek make up box edition that was in boots over the christmas season. It comes in three shades and I use Medium. I find it very easy to apply and it has an edge to it that I find it can get into places that are needed to be filled in. Costs €8.49.


 

Another amazing brow product is Fuschia Boom Brow. I use the shade Brunette.This product is a bit pricey then what I normally spend but its by far my all time favourite and go to brow product. Its so buildable it has a creme like texture to it that I find little on an angled brush will go quiet far. Costs €18.25.



Next up is the Wet & Wild Ultimate Brow Kit in Ash Brow. This Kit comes with a setting wax and two brow powders. I love this little kit and the powders are amazing in this. I never use the wax as I feel they make my brow hair clump together. Costs €3.99.







Next up is MakeUp Revolution Ultra Brow Palette in Fair-Medium. This palette has 4 brow powders and 2tinted wax. It has enchancing brow creme and an amazing highlighter. It also containted a brow pencil which was so nice and i've sadly missed placed it. Costs €10.99


Last is my newest product Flormar eyebrow shadow. In the shade Brown. It has a lovely texture to it an is very easy to apply. Costs €5.95





When I finish applying my products to my brows I like to set them with Benefit Gimme Brow eyebrow gel. I use the shade 03-medium. It costs €26.00 for the full product. I love this and will be purchsing the full size soon.

Flormar Push Up Definition Mascara

Hey!! As some of you who know me know that I've super long and curly lashes (Blessed). This is also a struggle for me to find that perfect mascara. I buy mascara's almost every month, I know why would someone buy that much for. My reasons are that some even though they say they are waterproof they will leave marks on the top of my eye lids due to the fact my lashes are long (LOL) and my second reason is the BRUSH. I hate big thick mascara brushes!!! I find that the thick brush makes my lashes stick together and don't give me that fuller look. Flormar New Age Matte Liquid Lipstick

Hey! So I popped down to my local Chemist McNallys in Duleek during the week and picked up the new Future Historical Collection in the matte liquid lipstick. At first I was like no this colour wont suit me or that it will be flakey looking on my lips as have previous matte lipsticks have. So I picked up the colour 005 Pretty Plum. When I got into the car I just went ahead and put some on. Like with other matte lipsticks that ive tryed and have not liked one bit as they felt caked on my lips or in last weeks case turned a blue shade colour and took a few wipes to remove it. Some have often come of within an hour of been applyed. As with most matte lipsticks I have used I just found them super drying and making me lick my lips to give some moisture.
