My review of Rimmel London Sun Shimmer Self-Tan Mousse

So if you don't know me I love my Tan! What girl doesn't! I just hate being pale. Plus being a Redhead am super pale which I HATE!! I feel tan makes me feel better and makes me feel slim! I know how sad can I be!! I could come in from work at 12 and just stick some tan on, which I might do tonight!! My partner does say to me, Aoife WHY are you putting tan on? Are we going somewhere lol!! I can't do sun beds I just don't get a natural colour my skin is to fair I just burn! Most redheads can't stand being out in the sun whereas I freaking LOVE the sun!! 

Anyway I've been using tan since a young age and get spray tans often!! The past month I've been using the Rimmel London Sun Shimmer self tan mousse in the shade medium I didn't want to try the dark as I've never used this product!! 

This tan has been a hit and miss with me. First of all it goes on so well and drys super quick. It develops within an hour but I tend to always apply my tan an hour before bed and wash off when I wake up!! It develops so nice and does not streak. The only thing I've notice since using this I have gotten dry patches on both my arms which I've never EVER had before using this tan so I,m putting it down to using this tan that I've gotten these dry patches!! Next slight issue I have is I feel it doesn't come out dark around my neck and when showering I feel I loose the colour. The big ISSUE with this tan is it states it lasts up to a week, this is not the case for me, 72hrs max is all I get!! When showering it tends to come off round my neck in patches, feet and my wrist do be a show I can literally rub it off with a dry tissue!!

As I said I've a Love/hate with this tan I will use it when needed as I do love the colour it gives. It's available in most chemists. Penny's also stock it. Boots have it on offer for €7.99.

Flormar Push Up Definition Mascara

Hey!! As some of you who know me know that I've super long and curly lashes (Blessed). This is also a struggle for me to find that perfect mascara. I buy mascara's almost every month, I know why would someone buy that much for. My reasons are that some even though they say they are waterproof they will leave marks on the top of my eye lids due to the fact my lashes are long (LOL) and my second reason is the BRUSH. I hate big thick mascara brushes!!! I find that the thick brush makes my lashes stick together and don't give me that fuller look. Flormar New Age Matte Liquid Lipstick

Hey! So I popped down to my local Chemist McNallys in Duleek during the week and picked up the new Future Historical Collection in the matte liquid lipstick. At first I was like no this colour wont suit me or that it will be flakey looking on my lips as have previous matte lipsticks have. So I picked up the colour 005 Pretty Plum. When I got into the car I just went ahead and put some on. Like with other matte lipsticks that ive tryed and have not liked one bit as they felt caked on my lips or in last weeks case turned a blue shade colour and took a few wipes to remove it. Some have often come of within an hour of been applyed. As with most matte lipsticks I have used I just found them super drying and making me lick my lips to give some moisture.
