Hey So for the past 23 days I've been taking part in a 28 day weight loss programme in my local gym Forge Fitness. I cant thank Chris enough for the help and all the classes I've been taking part in. I went down feeling like no am going to hate this class or that its going to be so tough I wont be able to do it. Well I shocked myself and totally loved the classes. There tough but am just loving how am feeling after I do a class. At the moment I do two classes a week hopefully in July am going to try and get three classes in a week done. With this programme you have a weekly nutrition guide. The food I've been eating has been so nice and I've enjoyed what i can have. I haven't had a slice of bread since starting no pasta or sweets and I've had no Chinese either. Since starting and with 5 days left I've lost a total of 1 and half stone gone. Hey!! With the communion/conformation season only around the corner. I've decided to do a little post of some outfit ideas for any mammy's that are struggling with what to wear. I've decided to have a look at my all time favourite and go to Online shop Little-woods. Little-woods is just so handy for me and they are super quick for delivering your items and if needs that an item needs to be returned I just use parcel motel. Am picking a budget off €150 along with accessories that will go with these outfits. Some people may not like what I have picked but these are my favourites. Hey!! So this is my first ever blog on a monthly favourite's. Ive picked 5 beauty products that i've been using the past month and why they are my favourites. Up first is my beloved Lacura face treatment oil for dry skin and its from ADLI. Since having my son four years ago I developed very bad dry skin in between my nose and it was so sore at times it would bleed. I use to pick the dry skin of with twezzers when my make up was applied. I tryed every dry skin product that I could afford. One day doing my weekly shop I came across this product and its the best buy EVER. Am pretty sure it only cost me €4.95. Within a week of using this I noticed a huge change in the dry skin and now its gone. I use this oil twice a week to pervent it coming back and I only squezze a pee-size amount out. Hey!!! So if you don't know me I love my Tan! What girl doesn't! I just hate being pale. Plus being a Redhead am super pale which I HATE!! I feel tan makes me feel better and makes me feel slim! I know how sad can I be!! I could come in from work at 12 and just stick some tan on, which I might do tonight!! My partner does say to me, Aoife WHY are you putting tan on? Are we going somewhere lol!! I can't do sun beds I just don't get a natural colour my skin is to fair I just burn! I decided not to do a budget on these items so some are quiet pricey. But what the hell us Mammy's deserve to be spoiled. Hey!! So as you can tell from the heading this is my hair routine. I've been trying out the new L'oreal Paris Anti-Dandruff Shampoo. This is such a big deal for me to try new products espically as I've the most sensitive scalp EVER!! Its the worse feeling ever when you try something new and your scalp gets super sore. Along with the sensitivie scalp I tend to get dandruff with it. And dandruff to me is so embarrassing as I feel I have flakes on my clothes or sticking out of my hair that people notice.
