My Weight-Loss Journey

Hey

So for the past 23 days I've been taking part in a 28 day weight loss programme in my local gym Forge Fitness. I cant thank Chris enough for the help and all the classes I've been taking part in. I went down feeling like no am going to hate this class or that its going to be so tough I wont be able to do it. Well I shocked myself and totally loved the classes. There tough but am just loving how am feeling after I do a class. At the moment I do two classes a week hopefully in July am going to try and get three classes in a week done.

With this programme you have a weekly nutrition guide. The food I've been eating has been so nice and I've enjoyed what i can have. I haven't had a slice of bread since starting no pasta or sweets and I've had no Chinese either. Since starting and with 5 days left I've lost a total of 1 and half stone gone. I so feel it in the clothes that I wear. I've dropped a dress size also.

Anyway I've never been over weight I think am an average weight. When I was only starting secondary school I was a tiny 8. Even in school I never was overweight I was into horse riding at the time for many years and that kept me fit as we use to run around the arena with the horse giving a helping hand with younger kids. My debs dress had to be taking in as they hadn't a size left in it for me.


  
As the years went on and just eating crap with no exercise I went on to become a size 10. 



So in 2012 I than became pregnant with my first born I only I put on two stone during my pregnancy so a total of 12 stone before giving birth. I had a great pregnancy up until my son was born. I went 14 days over and I ended up having an emergency c-section. I was put to sleep as it was urgent for him to be taken out. I recovered very well with no complications. My belly was never the same doh I was left with a hanging belly which I hate so much, now it never got me down I did after all carry my son for almost 9months and went true a section. I wore clothes that would cover my belly nobody should show of there fat belly's it's not a pretty site. I like to look after my appearance. 


Now 4 years on I've decided to change the way I feel about my body everyone has something they hate about themselves maybe more the one issue with there body but for me its just my belly. Love my arms and legs. Belly has just got to go now! I was 13:11 before starting almost bloody 14 stone before I started this programme I say if I didn't join I would now be 14 stone. Am now stone and half lighter and can feel it and see it in myself.

For me the issue before starting was a lack exercise. Food for me is fine I love cooking and trying different things. Love salads. I don't drink fizzy drinks I hate them I would drink at least 3/4 liters of water a day. Stayed away from bread and chocolate and I haven't had a Chinese in 3 weeks where we would have one some weeks twice depends how lazy I was. I haven't be craving one at all. Feeling a lot more better in myself now.

I still have a long way to go but aiming to lose at least another 3 stone then I'll be happy.
